Items Needed

• Ruler or Tape measure
• String or strip of paper
• Pen

1. Cut string or paper strip to about 10in 
2. Place string end or paper strip end in center of the biggest part of your wrist.
3. Make a tight fist with your hand.
4. Wrap string or paper strip around the biggest part of your wrist till end of string or paper strip meets.
5. Mark with pen the exact point in which the string or paper strip end meets the string or paper after going around the wrist.
6. Take string or paper strip and measure from end to marked point. That will give you your wrist size.
